MASE

Mason Charles (Mase) is a New York–based genderfluid performer, producer, and arts collaborator whose work lives at the intersection of performance, casting, and creative development.

They hold a B.A. in Musical Theatre & Dance and a certificate in Arts Entrepreneurship from the University of Northern Colorado.

Mason has supported artistic processes both onstage and behind the table, including as an Artistic Assistant with the Denver Center Theatre Company and ongoing remote casting work with Sylvia Gregory Casting. Their practice also extends to executive support for private clients and operational coordination within high-volume arts and hospitality settings. Alongside their administrative and producing work, Mason has a passion for choreography and artistic collaboration.
