Mason Charles (Mase) is a New York–based genderfluid performer, producer, and arts collaborator whose work lives at the intersection of performance, casting, and creative development.
They hold a B.A. in Musical Theatre & Dance and a certificate in Arts Entrepreneurship from the University of Northern Colorado.

Mason has supported artistic processes both onstage and behind the table, including as an Artistic Assistant with the Denver Center Theatre Company and ongoing remote casting work with Sylvia Gregory Casting. Their practice also extends to executive administrative support for private clients within the arts and hospitality settings. Alongside this work, Mason has a passion for choreography and performance collaboration.
Mase is the co-host and creative producer of Two Dumb, a candid, humor-forward conversational podcast exploring friendship, creative life, and the everyday realities of life in New York City.
